BIO
• I combine creativity, research, and body-based practices in a multidisciplinary approach often described as polymathy.
• Have been working creatively since the age of five. Over time, this has evolved into a lifelong practice spanning media, design, audiovisual art, and music.
• I hold formal training in the arts, and graduated from the 8-year StART School (Moscow), specialising in visual arts, architectural and design practice; studied illustration and creative writing at the British Higher School of Design and Media.
• I hold two degrees: MA in Cultural Studies, Linguistics and Education. Together, they provide a strong academic foundation in culture, arts, philosophy, communication, pedagogy, and media.
• Since first encountering art therapy in 2014, my creative work has been informed by this perspective. I see creativity as a powerful tool for awareness and building a deeper connection with both oneself and the outer world.
• I am a certified art therapist and a member of the Russian Art Therapy Association. I trained at the International School of Art Therapy and the Institute of Practical Psychology “IMATON”. My practice focuses on narrative, projective, and expressive methods, as well as the use of metaphorical associative cards (MAC). Certified in analytical psychology.
• I work as a creative director for art spaces, residencies, festivals, and events. Constantly lead art therapy sessions for individuals and groups. Visual & Music artist.
